Her story

A turning point that became a calling.

For a long time, I did what many of us do.

When something felt wrong, I looked outside. Another opinion. Another validation. Someone who might know better than me what I should feel, do or become. And every time I found an answer outside of myself, I felt relief for a few days — then the emptiness returned, deeper than before.

What I did not know yet was that everything I was searching for so desperately outside had been inside me all along.

It was through breathwork that I began to travel inward for the first time — not in my mind, but in my body. In what I was carrying in my chest, my shoulders, this breath I had been holding without even knowing it.

What I found changed everything.

Not ready-made answers. Not a spectacular revelation. Something far more precious: a deep certainty, felt in every cell of my body, that I had always had within me everything I needed to be happy, to shine, to flourish.

We all have these resources inside us. We forget them because of our traumas, our education, our accumulated fears, all the limiting beliefs that imprison us without our knowing.

We are shaped by systems and beliefs. We carry tension, fear, control, silence — structures that live in our bodies. They shape us. And sometimes, they become our prison. Our own poison.

But we are also our own medicine. And breath is the bridge between the two.

Today, looking outside for answers no longer exists in my life. And I know this shift is available to each of us — from the moment we dare to look at what is stuck, what weighs on us, what we have been avoiding for too long.

This is exactly what I hold space for, session after session.

Healing is not a destination. It is a path. A practice. A devotion. It is breath.
